About Me

I’m John Addington, and I work directly with clients through Addington Real Estate Advisors.

My role is to help people think clearly through buying or selling a home by providing context, explaining trade-offs, and staying closely involved throughout the process. I believe real estate decisions deserve time, understanding, and honest conversation—not pressure or pretense.

I take a measured approach to the work: listening first, explaining what matters, and helping clients make decisions they feel confident standing behind. When questions come up or situations change, my job is to stay present, clarify what’s happening, and help navigate the next step with care.
